RETURN / REFUND POLICY

All orders are final, we make sure all products go through quality check before packing orders, we deliver with best possible delivery services, we do not offer return or exchange,
if you change your mind after placing the order, we do not offer refund
however, if you have received a damaged or wrong product. Please make a video while unboxing or click a picture and email it to us sassynessin@gmail.com within 1 day of receiving it.
If your return is accepted, we’ll schedule a return pickup.
Prepaid orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days on Priority . shipping / delivery might take 6-8 working days . ( on heavy orders or festive season orders might take longer to deliver by delivery partner )
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Only one time exchange is accepted for if you received damage or defective products . 2nd exchange of the same product will be paid by your end Rs 200/

Once all the orders are shipped , We do work hard and escalate all orders on priority. it’s not on our hands or our responsibility for delay from our delivery partners .
CASH ON Delivery-
We offer Cash on delivery ( COD ) to make your experience of shopping with us more smoother .
COD charges are Rs.110/
COD orders will be dispatched within 2-3 business days . shipping / delivery might take longer then prepaid orders 7-9 working days . ( on heavy orders or festive season orders might take longer to deliver by delivery partner )
All COD orders will be confirmed through a phone call or email verification before dispatch.
Failure to provide accurate information may lead to order cancellation.
Payment must be made in cash to the delivery agent at the time of receiving the order.
Please ensure the availability of exact change for a smooth transaction.
If the customer is unavailable at the provided address during the delivery attempt, the order will be canceled.
Customer will be added in the block list for any future COD orders.
We reserves the right to cancel COD orders if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and process as soon as we can . you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Timeframe for store credits-
Store credit issued for returns or exchanges is valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of issue.
- Customers are encouraged to utilize their store credit within the specified six-month period to enjoy the benefits of their refund or exchange.
Beyond Six Months:
- Store credit not utilized within the six-month period will expire, and any remaining balance will be forfeited
